About this role
Why do we have this role? ClickSend is a fast-growing PLG enjoying tremendous inbound success. Once onboarded into the platform via our CSA/CSM team, qualifying accounts will transition to Account Managers. The Account Manager-US has the responsibility to manage a territory of medium value SMB accounts for ClickSend’s US Region. Retention and development of existing accounts is a key part of our overall growth strategy. You will be responsible for day-to-day account management of your nominated accounts and success will be measured by your ability to retain and grow these accounts.…
