About Customer Portal Customer Portal exists to make Veriff's product sell itself. The Portal serves two purposes. It allows our customers to operate Veriff products — setting up and configuring products, consulting verification session details, reporting issues. And it is a privileged surface for customers to discover, try, buy and expand through a seamless self-serve experience, connecting product usage, onboarding and growth in one place. It unites forces with GTM to automate acquisition, upsell, cross-sell and retention, with end-to-end ownership of the customer persona.…
