Job Description Summary Manages a portfolio of clinical programs delivered by both internal Millennium teams and external clinical partners, each designed to connect defined patient populations with specialized services. Owns program operations from implementation through ongoing performance management, including workflow design, KPI development, provider education, patient triage processes, and issue resolution.
