About the role NetBox Labs is hiring a People Operations Manager to run the day to day operations behind a globally distributed team. We are 135 people across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, and Spain, and we are still growing. Every hire, change, and exit creates a contract, a benefits enrollment, a system record, and a compliance obligation under that country's rules. This role owns that work, mostly in Justworks and Deel. Most of our headcount is in the US, so that is where the transaction volume sits.…
