About the Role Playbook works with a group of high-value, long-tenured creators whose relationships predate our current processes. These accounts are complex, trust-based, and critical to the business. We need someone to own them fully — a right hand who will be trained deeply, knows every nuance, and can manage these creators at the highest level without needing to be told twice.
