About this role
Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition. The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will collaborate closely with the rest of the People Operations team, leaders and hiring managers from across the organization to support the identification, selection and hiring of world-class talent. The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for fostering a thoughtful, deliberate and rewarding candidate experience and hiring manager experience while executing against an annual hiring plan for our full-time, part-time, contingent (contractor and leased) hires.…
